Basic delivery* £4.00.
Royal mail tracked 24 with signature. 1-day delivery £6.00.
Royal mail tracked 48 with signature. 2-3-day delivery £5.50.
Royal mail Special Delivery. Guaranteed Delivery before 1.00 pm Monday to Friday. £8.00.
Free local pick up at our unit. Please wait for a text to collect.

International Shipping Worldwide.

We don’t do a lot of International Shipping so for estimation, in the shopping cart we have a price of £20.00. We never knowingly make a profit out of shipping charges therefore for every international order we will seek the best range of prices possible. After which we will contact you with the final price before shipping your order.

Delivery explained.

As, we are experiencing an increase in online orders we have put into place the following:

Any orders received BEFORE 9.00am will go out, where humanly possible, that same day. Any orders received AFTER 9.00am will be posted the next working day.

For instance, should you place an order with us at, say, 3.30am in the morning, we will pick that order up when we arrive at our unit at 9.00am. Once your order has been processed it will be posted that same day.

If you place an order at 2.30pm on an afternoon, then it will be posted the next working day.

As stated previously, we will endeavour to send all orders out the same day.  Especially because we know how special your orders are. However, on the odd occasion or due to unforeseen circumstances there may be slight delays.

As we pride ourselves on Customer Service especially keeping you, the valued customer informed, we will endeavour to send you a message to let you know your parcel has been posted.

*At Alan Teather Quilting we know how important quilting is to you, as explained, we will always endeavour to get your purchases on their way to you the same day.

Because we use Royal Mail as our preferred delivery company we must abide by their regulations. The main one for both us as a sender and you as a recipient is that Royal Mail will not entertain any claims for missing deliveries before 15 days has passed. If you do not receive your parcel in a timely manner, please do contact us to let us know but we cannot proceed a claim on your behalf before 15 days have passed after which we will vigorously chase this to a positive outcome. We are aware of all the horror stories of delivery companies and as a business we will complain on your behalf at any time.

If you need to collect an item for which we’ve left a ‘Something for you’ card from the Customer Service Points at one of these offices, please check royalmail.com/services-near-you for details of our revised opening hours. If we’ve not left a ‘Something for you card’, and you do not have alternative arrangements in place, we’re sorry that your mail will not be available for collection.
