Starch Savvy is a wonderful product. End of. This is a starch based spray that is fragrance and flake free to aid your quilting. At alan Teather Quilting we always wash the fabrics that we use in our personal quilts. It’s a personal thing but it works for us. After washing we use this starch savvy to stiffen the fabric as we iron it. I was truly skeptical as to the benefit of this product over non starching fabric, steam ironed fabric and the use of a household fabric starch.

I’m a convert. The fabric is crisp and when we cut it the fabric seems to be cut ever so easy.
