Yuletide Wreath Panel – Makower

With this panel, there are numerous projects it could be used for.  It would be perfect for making individual placemats by cutting each circle out, use insulating wadding, and a nice back fabric and/or a matching table runner.  It is also suitable for fussy cut applique or decorative embellishments.

Each circle is 1o”, there are 8 circles to a panel each with a slightly different design (only 4 shown) and each panel of 23″ x 44″.
