MODA FABRICS
Moda fabrics are one of the great and most well-known quilting fabric companies in the world. In particular, they offer a wide range of fabrics, quilting supplies and more. Furthermore, they are also committed to their retailers and distributors so they will not sell directly to individuals. Similarly, they take pride in being imaginative market leaders, buy using high quality products and keeping their information fresh.
Although being best known as Moda Fabrics, they in fact started as United Notions in 1975. Since then, they have become an internationally known manufacturer and distributor.
Accordingly, Moda lead the way with innovative designs by 50+ independent designers together with in-house design staff. One such designer is Maureen McCormack. Maureen was an actress who played Marsha from the TV series The Brady Bunch in the late 60’s early 70’s. She has designed a collection called ‘A Blooming Bunch‘. (We have some of this collection on order and are awaiting delivery – 27.01.21)
Charitable Work
Moda also believe in giving back to industry and community by using their resources. Especially, to help educate young people and eliminate inequality. Likewise, they help people in need, such as those affected by natural disasters, and to raise money for charitable organizations.
“Moda Fabrics. Moda Home + Gift. United Notions. One company – one goal. Manufacturing and distributing the best fabrics, finished products and supplies in the industry. Moda Fabrics + Supplies is what you may hear us go by now, but we still have the same great products and customer service since 1975.” Taken from www.modafabrics.com
