Aurifil threads are considered the best in the world.

When we were in the very early stages of starting our business, we were looking at Aurifil threads to sell.  We bought a display box – that can be seen in the images. However, this is not the best to stock to sell individual colours..

The box comprises 270 colours of 28wt spools (every colour in the Aurifil range). Each spool has 100m of thread, all arranged in 6 sliding drawers. The display box also comes with silver metal corners to protect the case and is truly beautiful to look at.

To sell this in our shop or online the RRP would be around £1100.00, but we are offering it to you for £780.00.

Whilst many quilters will use 40-weight or 50-weight for quilting, textile artists, like us will use a variety of threads. 28 weight is slightly thicker than the usual 40 or 50 weights but these are still supremely beautiful to use. These threads, being made from long staple cotton from 100% Egyptian cotton, grown in the Mako region of Egypt. This cotton is considered to make the best threads in the world. With the colours in this selection, there is no reason not to experiment with threads.
