So, it has finally hit us in Britain. As I write this there are 107 deaths, but this is out of 70 million plus people on these fair isles of ours.

If even 1 of those deaths resonate with you personally then it is total devastation and I apologise if this post can be read as insensitive. It is not meant to.

I fully adhere to the government’s strategy and all that goes with it, it surely is going to test us as a nation of people.

My take on this is that the media are to blame for a lot of hype on this topic and, like Brexit only report the negative aspects of the situation.

I have been following the numbers of tested and the number of negative results.

So far, on the 17^th of March the numbers were showing that 96.79% of all the people tested were NEGATIVE.

Since then the figure has dropped but yesterday, the 18^th of March 2020 the figure of negative tested people was 96.38% yet the media do not say anything about this.

Everyone needs to adhere to the government’s strategy and help each other to stay safe but the media must stop all the negative commenting which makes people in a lot of worry and pain.
