Makower do a lovely selection of basic colours call the Spectrum Collection. These are really nice quality touchy feely fabrics you can get some fabrics in solid colours that are like sheeting (for want of better words) but these are high quality, luxurious feel that you have with all high quality quilting fabrics. These fabrics do what they say on the tin! They blend well, lift other colours can darken down colours can bounce off different materials and just add an extra dimension to your work.
